Seven Steps to a Productive Downline

How are you doing with your SpiderWeb System? Do you have the success that you were looking for? All of us have different reasons why we have joined The SpiderWeb Marketing System but I am certain each of us want to make more money.

Since I started with Internet Marketing, I came upon a few secrets which I would like to share with you. Some of which you might see as no secret, but so few people practice it, that it might just as well be a secret. The first thing that you must realize is that this is not a get rich quick system. If you would like to make a success of your Network Marketing, you must be prepared to make some investment. Be it your money or your time or both.

Let me ask you a straight question: "Do you want to run your own business?" This might sound a silly question to you, but are you serious to make this your business or do you think that you might make a few extra bucks on the fly? If the latter is the case, do yourself a favor and move on to something else.

Are you still with me? Over the next few days I would like to give you the steps that I have taken to make a success of my business.

Step 1 - BECOME THE SPONSOR YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE

When you are dealing with Internet Marketing, Network Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing or Referral Marketing, you always have to do with sponsors and leads or prospects. I am your sponsor and you were leads that became members when you subscribed to The SpiderWeb Marketing System. Your ultimate goal is to find as many leads as possible that you can turn into members. If you would only have to depend on all the leads that you can gather, then you would have an endless job to have success. The first secret of Network Marketing is to build a responsive team to help you build your business and theirs.

The first thing that every serious Network Marketer needs to do, is to teach your team to duplicate success for long-term growth of your business.

It is not being smarter

It is not what type of product you sell

It is not to get in early

It is not to have the best upline

It is a fact that 95% of all people fail at Multi-Level Marketing because they cannot duplicate what others do. What is even worse, they cannot teach their team what to do or how to do it. You cannot expect to blunder into a business without any knowledge how to run a business and then rake in thousands.

You become the sponsor you would like to have, by becoming a leader in your field. It is a decision you have to make. It is your mind set that has to change from being a follower, to become a leader. You have to want more from life. You will achieve this by helping others to accomplish their goals. You have to make a difference.

This mental shift is all you need in order to help your team expand and duplicate. Once you stop thinking about making money and start thinking how you can help others to make money, then you will start making money. You have to find the 5% in your team that is teachable and take them by the hand. Guide them with what you know is working so that they can have success as well.

If you do not yet know what is working, then you have to find out and quickly. Your success depends on it. Ask your sponsor; test different ways of getting traffic; study your business; search the Internet for articles on Network marketing; become the expert in your field.
